Emma

Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) & Student Midwife

Emma grew up in Adelaide and completed a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology at the University of South Australia. She then went on to work full-time as an AEP in the Barossa Valley, where she gained experience working with a wide variety of ages, abilities and conditions.

When she moved to Sydney in 2019, Emma found a job in a multi-disciplinary clinic where she continued to learn and grow as a practitioner as well discovering the value of mobile and online services. Emma has always loved horses and had an interest in rural health, so in 2021 she jumped at the opportunity to live on a horse farm near the beautiful town of Scone, NSW and decided to start her own local business.

Emma has special interest and completed additional studies in chronic pain management, women’s health (including pregnancy & post-natal care), hypermobility, endocrine/metabolic conditions and completed her Cert IV in Pilates Matwork and Reformer in 2021. She enjoys Pilates inspired exercise with clinical exercise prescription.

In 2023 Emma started a Bachelor of Midwifery and looks forward to being able to blend her experiences in exercise physiology and midwifery in the Core and Floor space.
