Louise is an accredited exercise physiologist with a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology.
She pursued her degree after realising her passionate belief that movement (including, but not limited to, exercise!) is essential for not only physical health, but mental health too. She loves working with people who want to change their health behaviours; using movement/exercise to promote mental health and wellbeing; and supporting people who are pregnant or post-partum, and she has completed further training in these areas.
She has worked in the public mental health system, in private practice and has taught at La Trobe University. When she's not at work she's kept busy with her two little kids, and enjoys dance, hiking and making pottery.
