Self Massage Sesh

15 minutes to roll it all out and nurture our bodies will a little self massage.

Let's own it, we know we need to do this but when do we get around to it? This class was suggested by some of you and I'm here to bring it!!  

You'll need equipment for this session: a roller and a ball (any roller, you can use a pool noodle if you don't have one and any ball, a tennis ball can be ace). 

If you have a cork peanut we will use these occasionally do but this piece isn't a must have. Same with a golf ball (the feet love these!).
