Online Classes

Join B live for an online zoom session! 

Work out in the comfort of your own home. Stop and feed your baby, comfort it if it wakes from a nap or work out whilst it sleeps and your other children play happily (that’s the dream, I can’t promise that will be the reality). 

Click on the class/es that suit you, book in and you’ll be sent the zoom link. 

You don’t have to have done my programs prior to joining these classes (it will help but its not a prerequisite).

These 45 minute classes are suitable for all levels. Preconception, pregnant and postnatal people can join. 

Each class starts off with some muscle lengthening/self massage. If you have a tennis/cork/spikey ball or roller these will come in handy. If you don’t, all good you can stretch instead! 

We then continue on with some core and pelvic floor activation before moving into a full body, low impact exercise session. 

Finishing off with some stretches and hopefully smiles all round 🙂

Monday 10:15am sesh

This 45-minute class will leave you feeling epic.

Full body, low impact, minimal equipment. Designed for mums at home with bubs and children!

We will start off with some muscle lengthening using a tennis/cork/spikey ball and/or foam roller (if you don’t have these, don’t stress, ill guide you through some alternatives), we will then move onto some gentle core and pelvic floor activation.

The remainder of the session will be a 30-minute low body full body burner session, working the arms, core, bum and legs until your whole body is fully epic!

If you need to stop and feed babe, change a nappy or resettle you can. If you can only join us for 30 minutes, thats fine too. Whatever works for you and lets you get some movement into your day!

It’s ideal if you’ve completed at least the theory of my Core and Floor Restore or Pregnancy program. If you haven’t you can still join in and I’ll guide you through it.

Tuesday evening sesh (8:15pm)

This 45-minute class will leave you feeling epic.

Full body, low impact, gentle workout and stretch sesh.

Get the kids into bed and join me for some YOU time!

It’s ideal if you’ve completed at least the theory of my Core and Floor Restore or Pregnancy program. If you haven’t you can still join in and I’ll guide you through it 🙂
