Each one of the exercise instructors makes sure that there are modifications and challenges to ensure everyone can participate to the best of their ability and strength. There is such a variety of classes and they are all recorded so you can do them at a time that suits you and what your body is craving at that time.
LOVE THESE CLASSES! I started at 6 weeks PP and am now 9 months PP and feeling stronger than ever. I always did the recordings (too hard to make it to the live classes for me!) but I really enjoyed being able to choose what felt right for me on any given day and time ❤️ also option to pause and come back if needed! I learned so much more about my pelvic floor and how to properly engage during exercise than any other postpartum class or physio session. I’ve recommended to all of my friends
