A gentle 30-minute sesh designed to help you connect and bring balance to your pelvic floor and body.

This is slow and we won’t be getting off the ground.

Ideal for those early postpartum, those returning or getting into exercise or those that just need to slow it down and connect a little more with their body!

No equipment is needed but occasionally we will use a couch or bed pillow or ball if you have one. Self-massage tools may be used if you have, otherwise, I’ll get you through equipment-free stretches. It would be epic if you have the knowledge from my Restore or Pregnancy program as

This class isn’t ideal for those later in their pregnancy as we spend most of our time on our backs. Join me for a C+F lengthening class instead.

Jump on earlier than the start time if you’re new or unmute and ask questions at any time.
