In this workshop you will learn all about:
- How to identify, manage and heal from core and pelvic floor dysfunction (aka diastasis recti, pelvic floor tightness, incontinence, prolapse, pain and all the other stuff – yes you can heal)
- B’s unique Core and Floor Restore techniques. These will enable you to correctly connect, contract, and lengthen your core and pelvic floor muscles
- Perfecting your posture
- Using movements throughout your day to protect and strengthen your body
- How to get back to doing what you love, even stronger than before!
B’s workshop covers all of the theory from her online programs. Completing this workshop means you can get straight into exercising with confidence.
It is suitable for all women – preconception, pregnant or post-birth (regardless of how old your children are – postnatal is forever). Midwives and personal trainers can use this for CPD.
Held in Maroochydore, QLD on Sunday July 24th from 10am to 2pm.
