Centering the Mother Workshop

A one-day workshop to nourish the body and mind with Lael Stone and Bernadette Lack.

The workshop will explore

– connecting with the powerful parent within

– unpacking our stories around self-care, boundaries and expressing ourselves

– how to turn up as the parent you want to be

– finding the joy and pleasure in parenting and partnership.

These themes will be complemented by full-body movement and techniques that focus on aligning our bodies and reducing pain and tension.
In order for every participant to get to the most out of the day, we ask that no children attend. Breastfeeding babes will be welcome for feeds as needed.
We acknowledge that the title may seem exclusive however we welcome any person who identifies with the Mother role in their family.
Morning and afternoon tea will be provided.
Please bring:
> your lunch
> a massage ball and/or roller and yoga mat (if you have these, if you don’t there will be some supplied on the day or products for purchase if you’d like)
> a pen and paper
Please wear: comfortable clothes that you can move and stretch in
