Are you looking for tools and techniques to parent with more awareness?

This 3 hour workshop looks at some of the biggest challenges in raising children.

We will explore :

– Dealing with big feelings

– How to get kids to co-operate

– Using play for healing

– Exploring our own triggers

– Alternatives to punishments and rewards

Afternoon tea provided and opportunities to ask questions about your kids.

About Lael :

Lael is a parenting educator, author, speaker and a champion of creating more connection in families. She is the co-host of The Aware Parenting Podcast, the Creator of Woodline Primary School – an innovative school based on emotional awareness and she is also a  speaker who works all over Australia delivering talks for The Resilience Project. Lael is also the mother to 3 kids – 2 who are now adults and one teenager who is helping her relive her fabulous teenager years.

– connecting with the powerful parent within

– unpacking our stories around self-care, boundaries and expressing ourselves

These themes will be complemented by full-body movement and techniques that focus on aligning our bodies and reducing pain and tension.
In order for every participant to get to the most out of the day, we ask that no children attend. Breastfeeding babes will be welcome for feeds as needed.
