Getting you the goods!
Thanks for stopping by and supporting Core & Floor Restore. The following terms and conditions make up our shipping policy.

Shipment processing time:

We are all about the hard work to get you the goods as fast as we can. We process orders on business days only. So, no weekends or public holiday shipping or deliveries. 

With that in mind, we aim for:

  • Same day shipping for orders placed before midday on business days.

  • Next business day shipping for orders placed after midday.

And whilst this is our goal and we are pretty good at hitting it, sometimes, life
happens, and we can’t quite make the deadline. But rest assured, we’ll do
everything we can to get your package to you in the timeliest of manners. It’s
important to us.

Shipping rates

  • Free shipping for product orders of $200 or more (cannot bundle programs or services with products to qualify for free shipping). Free shipping excludes bulky items.
  • $12.90 standard shipping rates, excluding bulky items. Bulky item shipping price is determined based on size.
  • Standard express shipping is $19.95

Shipping Delays

Rural and regional areas can at times be subject to delivery delays dictated by
Australia Post.

Occasionally delivery delays occur and unfortunately are beyond our control.
You will receive notification of your order dispatch when we have posted it. If
you are experiencing a delay, please contact Australia Post as your first point
of call. If you’re experiencing significant delay and not getting anywhere
with Australia Post, please reach out to us.

Tracking your order

You’ll receive confirmation of dispatch when your package has been posted.
This will include your order tracking number to keep track of your parcel.

Damages

It doesn’t happen often, but unfortunately it does sometimes occur. Core &
Floor Restore are not liable for any products that are damaged or lost in the
shipping process. If you receive a damaged item, please take photos of it and
keep the packaging and damaged goods. You will need to file a claim directly
with Australia Post and take the products to and packaging to your nearest
post office.

International Orders

Yes – we ship across the world! Delivery times will vary depending on your
location. If you’d like to know how approximately how long it will take our
products to reach you or receive a quote, you can send us an email at
hello@coreandfloor.com.au or fill out the form on our contact page Please
include what items you’d like shipped.

Customs, duties and taxes

Core & Floor is not liable for any customs or taxes that are applied to your
order. Any additional fee imposed after the order (such as taxes and tariffs)
are your responsibility.
