The Modern Birth Workers Village
A space for midwives, doulas, nurses, obstetricians and play specialists to be held
Working in birth, maternity or childrens care is powerful and it can be heavy.
You witness joy, grief, trauma, resilience and complexity every single day. You hold families through thresholds that change lives. And yet, too often, there is nowhere for you to process what you carry.
The Modern Birth Workers Village is a year-long professional home. A space to shift vicarious trauma, prevent burnout, deepen your capacity and become part of meaningful change within the system - rather than feeling like an island inside it.
Village doors open again in 2027.
