Julia is a mother of two young boys and pregnant with her third baby.
She is an experienced yoga, pilates and breathwork teacher of ten years and specialise in pre and postpartum exercise and childbirth education.
Before having children she worked as a Civil Engineer along side working in the fitness industry. She supported those who wanted to improve their performance in life as well as sports.
Having children opened her eyes to the huge lack of support for mothers. Most of the services readily available to parents are severely inadequate and she wanted to be part of the change. She now supports pregnant people to prepare their body for birth through movement, and breath their pelvic floors back into a happy place.
She is so honoured to be part of the Core and Floor online live class team!
