• B and Mick (otherwise known as Mr C+F/B's husband) will be your guides through your entire stay. B will be facilitating the workshops and Mick will be present throughout, being the epic man that he is.  We're turning up to this as a couple with all our imperfections in the hope you will feel safe to do the same. 
   

• Anthea will be our incredible chef - you'll be begging to take her home with you by the end of the first meal. Start drooling now. The menu is completely organic and vegan - if this feels disappointing at first, we see you, B and Mick felt the same the first time they went to a retreat catered by Anthea. We can however assure you that you will not be disappointed! When planning this, B asked Mick... "What do you think, shall we get Anthea for the couples retreat?" within a second Mick replied "without a doubt" (and this is coming from a man who loves his fire cooked steak!). 

• Deeply nourishing activities - all of which are offerings. As always here you're encouraged to "do you"! There will be massages, sound healing, fire ceremonies, bushwalks, yoga, hot and cold therapy and an evening jacuzzi sesh.

• Workshops for learning about yourself, your partner and your relationship. You'll build awareness of your nervous system and internal patterns and how they play out in your relationship. You'll also have the ability to meet with parts of your relationship that haven't yet been integrated, to see your strength, hand back the pieces that are no longing serving either of you and find a path forward that you both want to be on. You'll also have the privilege of witnessing others do the same. There is so much to be gained from this alone.  

• We can't guarantee this one but we're aiming for full night sleeps!  

• Some couple downtime - free time is scattered throughout the retreat to ensure you have space for yourselves individually and as a couple to connect in a way that feels right for you. 
   
• An ability to find and connect with like minded couples.

This is not your average retreat. This is a Core and Floor Retreat. Community, connection and finding your power is at our core. Our hope is that you leave feeling lighter, more attuned to each other's needs and refueled as a couple.

• 3 nights accommodation in an ensuite room furnished with a 5 star eco bed, organic bedding and sustainable furnishing. 
• All food which is organic and vegan.  Each meal consists of two courses and there will be a fruit bowl and tea and coffee station available at all times.
• One hour full body massage
• A 2-hour group healing hot/cold spa circuit – water therapy for detoxification and rejuvenation, including sauna, steam room, ozone hydrotherapy spa and cold magnesium plunge.
• Jacuzzi Evening (shared experience)
• 90 minute Yin class
• 90 minute sound healing, breathwork and meditation session 
• A guided rainforest walk
• A variety of workshops facilitated by B designed designed to allow you to process, integrate, heal, grow and transform as a couple.
• Full use of the 20m long resort style magnesium swimming pool which enjoys incredible views of Mt Warning (Wollumbin) and the beautiful Bundjalung Hinterland.
• Our retreat is held in a very private location in the Northern NSW. Set on 113 acres you'll also have access to self-guided rainforest walks in your free time so that you can truly experience the natural beauty that this powerful land and nature has to offer.
• Airport transfers at set times to and from the Retreat (the drive is approx. 45mins – please check times before booking flights).

Gymea Eco Retreat is set on 113 acres of secluded naturally undulating rainforest with stunning views of Wollumbin /Mt Warning (UNESCO World Heritage national Park). It's an extremely private and nourishing location.

Deposit required to book. Paying a deposit prior to the 23rd of September will secure your early bird pricing. Full payment does not need to be received prior to the 23rd of September. Full payment is required a month prior to the retreat start date.

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking your retreat. By completing your booking, you are agreeing to the following:

Payment

• A non-refundable deposit ($500 to $1000) is required at the time of booking to secure your place.

• Full payment is due by 22 April 2026.

• If payment is not received in full by the due date, your booking may be cancelled and your place offered to someone else.

Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that life happens. However, due to the nature of retreat planning and the costs involved:

• All payments (including deposit) are non-refundable.
  This is because we commit to costs upfront based on bookings.

• If you are no longer able to attend, you may transfer your place to another person (subject to our approval). Please contact us to discuss this option as soon as possible.

• In the unlikely event that Core and Floor Restore needs to cancel or reschedule the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. natural disaster, venue issue, facilitator illness), you will be offered:

  • A full refund or

  • The option to transfer your payment to a future retreat.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that includes coverage for cancellations and medical emergencies, especially if you are travelling from interstate.

Health & Wellbeing

• By booking, you confirm that you are physically and emotionally well enough to participate in the retreat activities, or will modify based on your own needs.

• Any health conditions (mental or physical), allergies, or accessibility requirements must be disclosed during booking so we can do our best to support you.

Shared Spaces & Respect

• Our retreats are inclusive, supportive, and respectful spaces. We ask all participants to honour the privacy, comfort and experience of others.

• Anyone engaging in behaviour that disrupts the retreat experience for others may be asked to leave, without refund.

Acknowledgement

By booking, you acknowledge that:

• You’ve read and understood these Terms & Conditions.

• You take full responsibility for your personal health and wellbeing during the retreat.

• You release Core and Floor Restore and its facilitators from liability in relation to injury, loss, or damage during the retreat.
