• B and Jess will be your guides through your entire stay. Jess is an Osteopath and phenomenal healer. She is also B's bestie, listening partner and soul sister. She is a woman who knows how to hold space (she's been there through B's biggest transformations) and will be there to hold us all throughout our incredible time together. 

• Anthea will be our incredible chef - you'll be begging to take her home with you by the end of the first meal. Start drooling now. The menu is completely organic and vegan - if this feels disappointing at first, we see you, B felt the same the first time she went to a vegan catered retreat. She has had Anthea's cooking and can however assure you that you will not be disappointed! The only thing B was disappointed by was not having more space to fit more in (and the fact Anthea wouldn't come home with her) - each of the 3 meals provided is 2 courses! 

• Deeply nourishing activities - all of which are offerings. As always here you're encouraged to "do you"! There will be massages, sound healing, fire ceremonies, bushwalks, yoga, hot and cold therapy, an evening jacuzzi sesh and the ultimate dance and singing party that ends at a very reasonable hour.  

• An ability to lean in and meet with the pieces that are no longer serving you, hand back burdens and see your strength whilst having the privilege of witnessing others do the same.

• We can't guarantee this one but we're aiming for full night sleeps every night for all! 

• An ability to find and connect with your people. Expect soulful chats by the fire, over meals, in the sauna or hanging by the large magnesium pool. Form friendships that have the potential to continue beyond the retreat.

• 3 nights accommodation in an ensuite room furnished with a 5 star eco bed, organic bedding and sustainable furnishing. Single or shared room - you choose! 

  Please note there are only a couple of shared rooms available. Also the shower is in the bedroom, which we agree is a little odd. So if you're sharing with someone and don't want to be witnessed that deeply than you'll need to hang out in one of the many communal places whilst your friend's showering. 

• All food is organic and vegan.  Each meal consists of two courses and there will be a fruit bowl and tea and coffee station available at all times. 
  

• One hour full body massage
• A 2-hour group healing hot/cold spa circuit – water therapy for detoxification and rejuvenation, including sauna, steam room, ozone hydrotherapy spa and cold magnesium plunge.
• 90 minute Yin class
• 3 hour fire ceremony, sound healing, breathwork and meditation session 
• A guided rainforest walk
• A variety of workshops facilitated by B designed to lean into our feelings, see our strength, find our areas of growth and have the confidence and safety to step into them. These workshops are designed to allow you to process, integrate, heal, grow and transform.
• But I tell ya what we want what we really, really want? Yep a dance and sing a long party. It's happening and yes you'll be in bed by 9pm or not. Do you ;-)  
• Full use of the 20m long resort style magnesium swimming pool which enjoys incredible views of Mt Warning (Wollumbin) and the beautiful Bundjalung Hinterland. 
• Our retreat is held in a very private location in the Northern NSW. Set on 113 acres you'll also have access to self-guided rainforest walks in your free time so that you can truly experience the natural beauty that this powerful land and nature has to offer.
• Airport transfers at set times to and from the Retreat (the drive is approx. 45mins – please check times before booking flights). You'll need to fly into the Gold Coast airport.

Payment

• A non-refundable deposit ($250) is required at the time of booking to secure your place.

• Full payment is due by 25th February 2026. 

• If payment is not received in full by the due date, your booking may be cancelled and your place offered to someone else.

Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that life happens. However, due to the nature of retreat planning and the costs involved:

• All payments (including deposit) are non-refundable.
  This is because we commit to costs upfront based on bookings.

• If you are no longer able to attend, you may transfer your place to another person (subject to our approval). Please contact us to discuss this option as soon as possible.

• In the unlikely event that Core and Floor Restore needs to cancel or reschedule the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. natural disaster, venue issue, facilitator illness), you will be offered:

  • A full refund or

  • The option to transfer your payment to a future retreat.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that includes coverage for cancellations and medical emergencies, especially if you are travelling from interstate.

Health & Wellbeing

• By booking, you confirm that you are physically and emotionally well enough to participate in the retreat activities, or will modify based on your own needs.

• Any health conditions (mental or physical), allergies, or accessibility requirements must be disclosed during booking so we can do our best to support you.

Shared Spaces & Respect

• Our retreats are inclusive, supportive and respectful spaces. We ask all participants to honour the privacy, comfort and experience of others.

• Anyone engaging in behaviour that disrupts the retreat experience for others may be asked to leave, without refund.

By booking, you acknowledge that:

• You release Core and Floor Restore and its facilitators from liability in relation to injury, loss, or damage during the retreat.
