Inside the Program

Your Journey Unfolds in Three Parts - All content is online. Dates below are for 2026 cohort to give an indication of commitment. They are subject to change.

block One:

Foundations
(14 weeks)

August 7th to November 13th 2026

Gain a deep understanding of trauma and learn skills that extend from holding space to somatic techniques. Begin implementing skills through practice sessions within the mentorship and in your community.

Format

  • Four full immersion blocks
    • Friday 7th August 6pm to 9pm, Saturday and Sunday 9am to 5:30pm AEDT
    • Saturday and Sunday 5th and 6th September, 9am to 5:30pm AEDT
    • Saturday and Sunday 10th and 11th October, 9am to 5:30pm AEDT
  • Weekly two-hour sessions (time and date to be confirmed once mentorship starts)
  • A 90 minute one-on-one sessions with B - to be held in your own stories and feel the work or seek mentoring in this role. This session is for you to get your needs met individually during the mentorship.

block Two:

Implementation & Integration
(8 weeks)

February 1st to March 26th 2027

Start or expand your professional practice and deep dive into mind-body integration. In this block you will extend your practice from somatics to systemic techniques.

Format

  • One full immersion block - this will be two days TBC once mentorship starts
  • Weekly two-hour sessions
  • Ongoing support from B and your community

block Three:

Emergence
(6 weeks)

April 12th to May 21st 2027

Business development support, clinical supervision, practice growth and sustainability.

  • Weekly two-hour sessions
  • Ongoing support from B and your community
