Inside the Program

Your Journey Unfolds in Three Parts - All content is online. Dates below are for 2025 to give an indication of commitment.

block One:

Foundations
(12 weeks)

September 12th to December 5th 2025

Begin implementing skills through practice sessions within the mentorship and in your community.

Format

  • Two full immersion blocks
    • Friday 12th September 6pm to 9pm, Saturday and Sunday 9am to 5:30pm AEDT
    • Saturday and Sunday 25th and 26th October 9am to 5:30pm AEDT
  • Weekly two-hour sessions (time and date to be confirmed once mentorship starts)
  • Two one-on-one sessions with B - to be held in your own stories and feel the work or seek mentoring in this role. These sessions are for you to get your needs met individually during the mentorship.

block Two:

Implementation & Integration
(8 weeks)

February 2nd to March 27th 2026

Start or expand your professional practice and deep dive into mind-body integration

Format

  • Weekly two-hour sessions
  • A third one-on-one session with B
  • Ongoing support from B and your community

block Three:

Emergence
(8 weeks)

April 27th to June 19th 2026

Business development support, clinical supervision, practice growth and sustainability.
