Bernadette (B)

A midwife's midwife with extensive experience across diverse birth settings—from homebirth to major hospitals, from urban centers to First Nations communities. B brings unique insights from serving as:

  • Former Board Member, Australian College of Midwives (proudly, youngest appointed)
  • Former NT President and Vice President, Australian College of Midwives
  • International and National education roles
  • JCU Master of Public Health graduate (Sidney Sax Medal - best overall performance)
  • Bachelor of Midwifery (First Class Honours)
  • Published academic author
  • Systemic and Somatic Training & Practice

Her approach integrates clinical expertise with emotional intelligence, helping birth workers create change while staying grounded in their purpose.

Kylie

A highly experienced midwife with a Master's in Women's Health Medicine, Kylie brings deep expertise in:

  • Evidence-based physiological birth
  • Research interpretation and application
  • Complex care navigation
  • Systems change leadership

Francesca

Francesca, Core & Floor Restore’s psychologist, will be joining the facilitation team alongside B and Kylie. She will be on hand to support the group, bringing her expertise in emotional processing and psychological well-being.

Participants will have the option to book one-to-one sessions with Francesca at an additional cost, providing a deeper level of personalised support throughout the program.
