New scars -  Approximately 12 weeks to 24 months

• Gently move the smaller, amethyst end of the roller around your scar. Carefully move in up and down, back and forth directions, so you’ve covered the area in a cross-hatch.
• When your scar is three months old, you can use the larger, ridged end of the roller on the site. Use your thumb and forefinger to stretch the skin of your scar, moving the roller in up and down, back and forth directions, so you've covered the area in a cross-hatch.
• You can build up pressure over time and up to five minutes of massage per day

Old scars - Approximately 2 years onward

This area can be sore and delicate, even if the scar is years old. However, you can massage the site straight away.

• Gently move the smaller, amethyst end of the roller around your scar. Carefully move in up and down, back and forth directions, so you’ve covered the area in a cross-hatch.
• Use your thumb and forefinger to stretch your scar moving the larger, ridged end of the roller in up and down, back and forth directions, so you’ve covered the area in a cross-hatch.
• You can massage for 10 to 15 minutes at a time, two to three times per week.

• For an extra cooling and calming effect, store your roller in the fridge.
• All amethysts have some variations, they are all unique.
• Don't go too hard, too often with your roller. Go gently!
