5x individually wrapped maxi, absorbent heat pads

Wait until 72 hours after birth to use, then

1. Remove heatpad from packaging

2. Fold pad in half and locate inner pouch placing firmly between palms of hand

3. Squeeze inner pouch until broken and shake

4. Remove adhesive strip on back of pad

5. Place pad inside of underwear, postpartum nappies, or into lining of pants

6. Leave on as needed. Discard after use

Recommended to be used after 72hrs after vaginal birth.

If needed place smaller pad on top of the heatie if pad is too hot.
