Developed by a midwife and personal trainer, this program is designed to mentally and physically prepare you for labour, birth and postnatal recovery.
Progress and strengthen with over 55 full body exercise and stretch sessions. Step it up a bit here, with a weekly program you can make your own.

I have used B’s program for both myself, and as a resource to refer my pregnant and postnatal patients to. After a geriatric multiple pregnancy I needed help to find my pelvic floor again, let alone my core. This course is amazing, even after a couple of weeks I could feel the difference & strength returning. Also a perfect place after extensive prolapse surgery. Yes, I've stopped & started with this course but the best bit is you can just start over, and over and over...and so today here I go again.
What a fantastic course, after dabbling in other random exercise and programms for a year after giving birth i finally commited to core and floor restore and it's been the best thing not only for my core strength, but also my mental health. Thank you B!
I love this course, it's exactly the right amount of challenging (with options to increase the intensity further as needed) while still always being respectful of where my body is at and acknowledging that where I'm at today is allowed to be different from where I was yesterday. I'm so grateful for the holistic focus of this course for ensuring I do all the things to create balance. It's just epic
I love B and love this course but I have so much trouble playing the exercise videos to my tv or having them stop and then I spend ages trying to find where I am up to in the video even on my phone and iPad. It’s so frustrating that I haven’t been using the program and have gone back to other programs that I don’t actually like as much but play and don’t waste my limited time. Sorry B!
I love this course. After giving birth I couldn't connect with my lower abs at all, which was the strangest feeling. After just a few weeks of this course I could tighten my whole core again! This was the best way to ease back into exercise and I feel so much stronger than I did at the beginning. I'm hooked - I did the pregnancy course as well and will go on to strengthen. Thanks B!
I love both the courses form B that I have done so far, both Pregnancy and Restore (plus prenatal) have been awesome with a great level of knowledge gained, excellent, accessible workouts and tips and habits to bring into to everyday life. I felt much more confident going in to birth and have recovered really well afterwards, thanks in large part, to B 🙂

Oh I am so sorry you have been having these issues. I hear your frustration. If you reach out via the FB support group or email I am always available for support 🙂 It is often as simple as changing the server you are using (ie to chrome) or the settings on the video. I have covered this in the FAQs – maybe check them out and then get in touch if you need more help. I’d love you to be able to log in and do what you love more!
