Informative and great value for money!

The fundamentals and your pregnancy sections is amazing. I’ve learnt so much about my body and as a first time mother the information around pregnancy and care is so valuable! I’ve done a lot of birth preparation courses and this trumps them all for information, exercises to do and amazing value for money!

great course to safely feel better & stronger

It is a smooth way to incorporate a safe way to exercise into a busy post partum life post. For someone like me who does not like indoor and static exercises (and props), I enjoyed it - and I am now feeling my body is ready to do my usual beloved sports.

A little piece of joy!

Words do not exist in the English vocabulary to adequately describe the love I have for B’s programs and her live online classes. The works outs are great as they use minimal equipment, can easily be done at home within a baby’s nap time or if naps are non-existent baby can be incorporated for resistance. One of the few joys social media has brought me is finding this!!

For those who like to know why

Yes, this course starts with a pile of theory, but it is the theory that empowers us to understand our own bodies and how they work. This isn't an instructor insisting that you pull your belly in to protect your back, this is an educated woman telling you how to activate and release your and pelvic floor as you move and why it is so important that we do so. She is handing over her knowledge to us!

The how and why

I love that it teaches me the how and why. So many times I’ve been told do this or do that, but never understood why. Knowing why helps me to tune into my body not only during exercises but all day long. Thank you!

Information AND exercise for the win

B is so good at explaining how our body and muscles are working to help you understand how and why you need to do the exercises she is providing. I feel so empowered finally having an understanding of my core and pelvic floor. I’ve found answers to issues no one has been able to help me with and am learning ways to make long term positive change.

The exercise program for people who hate exercise

I'm only up to Module 4 but I love how the theory combines with the exercises and the way that B teaches us how to do every exercise PROPERLY. I actively avoid exercise but completing this course has become something I look forward to a few times a week!

Excellent course

This course has changed my whole approach to exercise. I have learned so much and now I am so much more focussed on exercising properly and not inadvertently doing harm. The course has definitely aided my recovery after birth and I’ve become much stronger. I highly recommend.
