Whether you are trying to conceive, pregnant, postpartum, deep in the trenches or well past them, I am here for you. These sessions are yours, a time to connect and get your needs met. Feel a whole lot more clear in your mind and connected to your body, drop in and feel your feelings, work through what's needed to help them be processed and leave with more strategies to keep dropping into your power and doing YOU!
If you have come to this space it is most probably because you want to connect with me. Please know I am deeply honoured that you are here. I do however have very limited availability. My team have more capacity than I do as a whole (obviously because there are more of them ;-)), they are all absolutely phenomenal and have been trained and mentored by me. If you need a session sooner than I am available please book via the individual sessions. We are all here to provide you with the support you need.
The short answer: Anything you need. The space is yours. Come alone, bring a partner/support person if you have one. Whatever works for you.
But to give you an idea, these are the topics often covered in my chats:
- Pelvic floor and core concerns – tightness, weakness, who to see, what to do, massage, prolapse, dilators, prolapse, incontinence, exercises… ask me what you need!
- Emotional Support in the TTC period - we can debrief losses and your TTC journey
- Pregnancy, postpartum and future birth concerns
- Birth and postnatal preparation - figure out what you need for an epic birth and postpartum
- Birth debriefing - tell and honour your story, unpack any questions and feelings
- Personal and paid work coaching sessions - relationships, life goals, current burn out - wherever you are at!
- Parenting - the hardest thing you'll ever do. Let's find the joy!
- Relationships - feel like you don't even know (or like) your partner? Been there! It can shift.
I am here to hold space and enable you to uncover where you need to go next.
