This is your session to address your individual needs and discuss your own situation. You can talk about anything you’d like to. Really, nothing postpartum is off-limits. My advice is tailored to your body, your baby and your own story.
Postnatal support topics often covered include:

- Infant sleep & settling
- Support for postnatal depression or anxiety
- Birth recovery
- Pelvic Floor questions
- Core questions
- Safe exercise
But remember, this is your session. We can talk about anything you need.
Those first few weeks and months are hard. The sleepless nights combined with cluster feeding, hormones and birth recovery can leave you feeling overwhelmed. But you are not alone. And you don’t have to get through it alone.
This is a one-on-one with me to get the postpartum help and support you deserve.
I will answer any questions or concerns about you or your baby in those first weeks and months. Put your mind at ease with gentle, evidence-based advice from an experienced midwife.
