We were born knowing how to dance, it's instinctual. However, many of us through cultural conditioning have lost our groove thang (or just don't have the time or energy to make it to a dance floor anymore!).
So here it is! 2 x 30 minute opportunities a week to come shake your thang, swing those hips and wiggle that ass!
Shake, bounce, release but more importantly come and have fun! Think of it as dancing in your lounge room but with an epic DJ and a little guidance, if you desire, to go lower, deeper and move your body in a way that feels gewd!
