What an Expert!

No other exercise class I’ve been to is taught with the depth of knowledge that B has and shares. I learn something new every class. Thanks B! $15 a month doesn’t seem a fair deal for the offering (too good to be true!) - thank you for making this accessible to us all!

Already worth it

I'm not an exercise chick. I've had my gym/group class moments, but it's ALWAYS been a punishment. While I've attempted to tell myself it's not, my body knows the truth. I signed up on a whim to do the mum rage class. Stayed for the connection, and have now continued with the gentle classes. Ive never felt this safe to move my tired painful body at my own pace before. The language used is kind, educated and supportive. I've even started working through my restore program (which has been sitting without progress for nearly 2 years).

Absolute bargain!

Guys, I cancelled my barely used monthly Disney+ membership for the kids, and decided to invest in these classes instead…for me!
The instructors are all so knowledgeable and accommodating, I can rock up in my PJs with kids hanging off me…it’s honestly been such a great investment for my own health and well-being. You won’t regret it!

Best investment

This program is convenient and supportive. I'm able to jump onto a live class and get some epic movement for my body whilst my toddler plays around beside me. The team of amazing instructors are so knowledgeable to support women in post partum. I feel comfortable and confident to do modifications as they are actually explained to us. Such an awesome community here. Best investment of $15. Literally cheaper than the gym and way more supportive

Exceeded all expectations!

First of all shipping was super quick as always with Core & Floor Restore shop. When ordering I had no idea about the size but these balls fit perfectly in the palms of my hands. I managed an unmedicated (in hospital) labour and birth with only these Birth Weapon Balls and a TENS machine. I even survived the hour drive to the hospital thanks to these, they were honestly perfect! I could use as much or as little pressure as I needed by adjusting my grip or rolling my knuckles into my legs or any other surface. The pressure was able to spread through my whole hand and distracted me from my surges. I ended up with some "gravel rash" on my palms from how much of a workout I gave these balls, but no open wounds. 10/10 will be recommending to everyone!
